Illustration Friday: Opposites

I tried to think of two animals with really different characteristics to illustrate this one... I'm not sure it works. I have another idea I'll work up and post if I have time

What I really like about this illo is that they both have little knobby protrusions (antenae/horns) on their head, so while they're opposites in size, they're also similar in that aspect. Your drawing is superb!

I agree with Juna and Rrramone...I love that they have (oddly enough) similar physical characteristics yet entirely opposite personalities and purposes. How fun!

eek!

The worst thing is I didn't even think about the similarity with the anrannae/horns.... was it subliminal or just luck? It's great to surprise yourself!
Thanks for the feedback kids!

Great drawing. I love their expressions (I didn't even know snails could have expressions!).

Love ur Illo. Simple and 'cute'.

Thanks for your comments on mine. I scribbled that one at work as soon as the idea struck. Hence, the use of a ballpoint pen!

Kind regards.

opposite for sure !!! well done !
this would be a good starting point for a coloring book, maybe using other pairs of animals with opposite-but-similar attributes. well done!
