Illustration Friday: Smoke

Like most ex-smokers I am particularily good at justifying my (very occasional) lapses. Pretty lame really.

Thanks for stopping by and the nice comments.

This is a great style. Good work.

I became a non-smoker 16 months ago. Yeah me!

Lots of nice work Adi! Great line quality in this piece and I REALLY like your "Spotted" piece from a while ago -- nice inking.

Keep up the great work and good luck quitting! I've known a lot of ex-smokers, just focus on all the bad you'll be avoiding by quitting and that could help to motivate you.

Best,
Jim

Isn't it awfull that smoking has such a glamour?
I am one of those that thinks smoking in an illustration or photograph is beautiful, but when it comes to someone doing by my side...
Although I must confess that this non-smoking-woman-for-11-years still misses the noise of the match and the first smoke that comes of the cigarette. And doing little smoke circles, too. It was so relaxing...
Your illo is wonderful in every detail, you did a great work!

this is really great, wonderful gestures! The last time I smoked was Halloween, I thought it was a good excuse!

Love this!! And I send you much courage. My mom died of lung cancer, so I have a lot of energy around this issue. Blessings.

This is really great. Your style is very unique and identifiable, I really like the sequential story style format. Looking forward to seeing more of your stuff! Keep up the good work =)
